Customer Policy
Little Helpers employees are fully trained by one of the owners of the company. The owner works closely with all trainees
until they have mastered the skills necessary to provide the quality cleaning Little Helpers offers. Little Helpers also uses the
most complete video training library in the industry when it comes to safety.


Pricing
You control much you want to spend by the amount of hours you would like. For Example, you can order 1 maid for 4 hours
at $30 an hour, thats a total of $120.00 for the service. No Hidden fees or surcharges. We provide quotes based on the
information provided, we reserve the right to adjust charges in accordance with services actually provided. Prices subject to
change without notice. Please feel free to review our

Payment/Billing
You may choose to pay your invoice with credit cards, google, paypal, check and cash. If you would like your services
charged to your credit card, simply notify our representative. Payments are due upon completion of services. All customers
understand that any unpaid or outstanding invoices, or any returned checks may be charged to the credit card on file.

Scheduling an Appointment - Credit Card Required
You can choose to pay your bill by cash, check, credit card or by Google Checkout. Little Helpers requires a valid credit
card for all new customers at the time you place your order or schedule an appointment. We reserve the right to cancel
appointments that have invalid credit card. You may pay the balance with the credit card on file or by check/cash.

Damaged/ Broken Items
We ask that you put away any fragile items and other valuables. For example, we recommend you personally clean such
items as wedding glasses, china, gift items, etc. We do our very best to not break or damage our customers' belongings, but
accidents do happen. In the event that our staff should break or damage an item, please notify our office within 24 hours.
Little Helpers is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper use or installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e.,
marble, granite) are assumed sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing them harm.

Pets/Dogs
All dogs small, medium and large must be confined, locked away or removed from the premises before our employees can
begin work. Due to insurance and liability reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to perform any work until the location is dog
free. If your dog was to bite or injure an employee of Little Helpers, or any other company, the owner of the dog will be held
personally responsible for any necessary medical treatment.

Travel Time/ Late
We will try our very best to be there at our scheduled time, but please allow a 30- 60 minute window period. We never know
what traffic or weather conditions lie ahead.

48 Hour Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will
re-clean that particular area that was not cleaned properly at no additional charge (1 hour Max) within 48 hours of your call.
If a certain area was not cleaned, it means there wasn't enough time to finish that area and/or item(s). Areas and or item(s)
that were not cleaned are not covered under our 48 hour guarantee. No money back and all sales are final. If you cap the
service to a certain amount of hours, certain areas may not be fully completed making our guarantee invalid. If a
re-cleaning is not scheduled, a discount can be issued to your next service. Our guarantee is not valid if other work crews or
contractors are on-site performing work. By providing your credit card number and doing business with Little Helpers, you
agree to enter a verbal contract and accept all of Little Helpers, policies, prices, terms, procedures for cancellation and
rescheduling as well as the terms and conditions of Little Helpers' Satisfaction Guarantee.

                             
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our policy is very easy, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment 36 hours advance from your appointment date and
time scheduled or you will be charged $20 per person. We reserve the right to charge
all fees to the credit card on file.

Other companies require a 48 hour notice for 2 business days and fees as high as $75 to cancel or reschedule your
appointment.
